This Terms of Use and any additional forms or notices provided to you on www.hunterfan.com.au(“the website”) constitute the terms on which you may use the website. By accessing the website you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use.
If you disagree with a term or condition in these Terms of Use you must immediately discontinue using the website.

Online Payment Method
For online orders we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. If you do not have a credit card please call +61 3 9538 9200 or email sales@mastersdistributors.com.au to place an order using an alternative payment method.
International Orders
International orders are welcome. International orders over AUD$300 will require payment via direct credit only. For international shipping options please contact our customer service representatives either by calling +61 3 9538 9200 or emailing sales@mastersdistributors.com.au Insurance for delivery of goods will be required for international orders.
Epay
For your security and convenience, we process payments through the epay real-time credit card payment system using Australia’s own Camtech epay payment gateway. The epay service provides industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption and electronically contacts the credit provider directly through a payment gateway. Please note that for your security credit card details are not stored on our system.
How It Works
When you have finished selecting your items, you can finalise your order by clicking on the “submit order” button.
When you have entered your information clicking “submit order” will automatically open a new secure window to epay’s online payment site. You will be asked to enter your credit card details into the system.
When entering your credit card details you will also be asked to enter a three digit validation code which is the last three digits on the signature panel on the back of your card. Please note that on American Express cards the three digit validation code appears on the front of the card.
A transaction record will be generated which indicates whether the transaction has been approved or declined.
Please print or save this transaction record for your information.
A confirmation email will be automatically be forwarded to your email address.

The information we collect will only be used to provide a specific product or service requested by you. Returns Policy
The maximum liability of the Seller under this Agreement for any reason whatsoever, whether arising in tort or contract or under statute or for any other cause of action whatsoever, is hereby limited to the amount paid by the buyer to the seller under this Agreement and to the lowest of the cost of replacing the goods, the cost of repairing the goods and the cost of having the goods repaired or replaced and without limitation, any claims for faulty or defective design, negligence or misleading advice and for damages for loss or damage to the products or any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person or the entity are, to the maximum extent permitted by law, hereby excluded.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders submitted with incomplete or incorrect address details. You will be required to pay any re-delivery costs.
Please choose carefully because we do not accept returns for a “change of mind”.
How to Return Goods
Please follow these steps:
Upon delivery, examine the goods immediately for any breakages or defects. Contact Master Distributors on +61 3 9538 9200 within 5 days to alert us to the problem. When you call we will discuss the problem and help you decide which of the return options best suit you. All products must be returned to Master Distributors, P.O. Box 318, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149. Please include with your return: your name, address and Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Refunds will be issued by cheque, while replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, in which case you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.
Pricing and Product Information
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Please note that prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.
All product information and descriptions on this site have been provided in good faith. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information on the website it is possible that some information may contain errors and omissions.
Payment is required before any goods will be delivered. You will be liable for any shipping and handling charges.
If a product is listed for an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed. If credit card payment has already occurred, we will refund the amount of the order in full.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35.00 per product and $15.00-$30.00 per spare part. The shipping component of your order is detailed on the Shopping Cart screen.
International Orders
International orders are welcome. However, we cannot accept International Orders via this website. Insurance for delivery of goods will be required for international orders.
Please note that you will be liable for all local taxes and charges.
Delivery Policy and Back Orders
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods.
For deliveries within Australia, delivery charges are calculated based on the number, size and weight of products ordered, as well as the delivery address.
In the event that insufficient stock remains to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days of your order to arrange an agreeable alternative item or full refund. As this a clearance sale goods are available only while stocks last.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please telephone us immediately on + 61 3 9538 9200. However, if your delivery has already been dispatched please note that it cannot be cancelled.
If you fail or refuse to take delivery of the goods you may be liable for all loss and damage suffered by us including all storage and handlings costs and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Subject to our privacy policy, any feedback, suggestions, comments and ideas in relation to diywoman that you provide us with may be used, reproduced, published, modified, adapted and transmitted to others free of charge without restriction.
